As part of our ongoing content management and creative strategy, we included videos of their most popular items. Because of the process and talent we had to planned multiple days of shooting to fit their needs and ensure that we were not interfering with their team and production.
Sweet Frostings has a very defined voice for their social media presence. It was imperative for us to never create a departure from that voice.Instead of using iPhone photos and lots of copy we transitioned to captions that let the photos and videos speak for themselves.
The result: Increased sales, increased sharing from local influencers and interest by local media. While working inside the platforms unique variables, we focused heavily on growing organic reach.
